★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car wash is quite good but so extremely slow. Guys are busy chatting and taking their time to wash. Meanwhile, queue for car wash only grows as it gets later in the day. As others have mentioned, $11 for a basic SUV hand wash. $5 more for wax. $5 more for wheels. $10 for vacuum and not worth it here at all, just kind of vacuum what they see. Will give Shell a go next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car wash here is usually excellent but on Feb 7, 2020, I had a bad experience with the car wash. The staff skipped several steps:
1 - The wash crew did not use the high pressure jet spray before turning on the water shower. It was straight from the water shower to the car shampoo. No jet spray to remove harder particles which risks scratches.
2 - Car shampoo was missed at the front part of the car
3 - Wash crew did not wipe off car shampoo near the front grille and headlights. Only jet spray was used so dirt was still sticking to the car.
This is unacceptable service and the entire wash process took much shorter than the usual time because the wash crew skipped steps
This really deserves a 1 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to like the car wash but recently, the service has been pretty bad and at exorbitant prices too. Normal car wash $10, nearer to CNY $13 and today on CNY eve $15! The wash was extremely fast and I was kinda surprised hence when I reached home, I did a check and was shocked to see the back of my car was literally dripping with water (obviously it wasn’t even wiped!) and other parts were also not dried properly! If it was very crowded, I would understand that things could be missed out due to the hurry but I was the only car and yet I had to go back and dry up my car myself! And at such a price too! Now I know why there are no cars! Very disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer for more 5 yrs they have unstoppable promotion. I won 2 prize but never reflect in my email. I approach May Tan she very rude sound like I want to cheat them for one box of tissue. I was very unhappy with her attitude.

Car was still wet when they wanted to collect payment. I had to get off the car and tell them off, before they half heartedly gave another wipedown. Car was still wet.
