The community hospital my mum was staying in helped to Book the ambulance a few days early to go tan tock seng hospital from sengkang at 1215 for my mum's eye injection appointment at 1 pm. Thw ambulance only came around 1255pm and the nurse and i took the intiative to wheel my mum to the pickup point ourselves so that we could save some time . (When i use 7 Star ambulance previously, they were half an hour early and helped to push my mum from ward to the ambulance.) In the ambulance, Peter explained that their company's policy is to leave any place in Singapore to pick up the customer only half an hour prior to the time the customer had arranged. Hence, if their last drop off was at jurong, and you are going from seng kang hospital, they might be late. Hence, we only reached the clinic at tan tock seng hospital at 1.18pm instead of 1pm. Peter revealed they are sometimes late due to rain, traffic jams or accidents. The company is unprofessional and does not take into account all these factors. My mum was anxious about being late for the apppintment, and it was not ideal because if her blood pressure is high, the hospital will not administer her injection which she came all the way for. They charge $50 while 7 Star charged $70. Ths latter is definitely more professional.

Reliable and responsive driver and ambulance crew. They were courteous as well. Great service, assuring and professional.

Bad experienced as a customers . Expect delayed in fetching and sending . Ambulance not clean and alot of illegal racing . Cheated on charges and boss is from india . Cannot be trusted . Had the most dirtiest ambulance , not washed and equipment faculty . Do not used vehicles as medical . Personnel are not trained and does not know how to execute emergency drills . Worst still , boss will fly on vacation and salary wise paid not enough . May God bless you .

Neither do they care nor are they well. #1 experience - late for 45 mins from agreed timing. #2 experience Booked ambulance at 12pm - no show. When contacted, said they have no records of my booking. Cited name of staff whom i spoke to, said staff is on leave - unapologetic/ no attempts at service recovery. Agreed to fetch at 4pm on the same day upon my request. At 4.20pm, still no show. Contacted them, said no records of my booking. Offered tomorrow morning instead, else they can only come at 6-6.30pm as “today busy” and insisted on charging peak hour charges. I initially expected some form of service recovery on the rescheduled appointment, but i guess not. Cancelled appointment altogether, their no show resulted in disappointed care recipient and loads of inconvenience.

ill mannered ambulance attendance that harass, emotionally and verbally abusing others. Do not recommend their service. Engage their service at your own risk.

12/3/22 between 4-5pm. Ambulance has very poor suspension...hence the ride was terribly uncomfortable for my 94 year old father who had a dislocated hip. He screamed in pain throughout the ride to the hospital. Please service your ambulance regularly.

Very helpful staffs. Thank you to your fast promptly and professional services providing to my brother. My brother was suffering from a severe leg pain and the ambulance team who was handling my brother were skilled and professionally trained. Highly recommend this company.

Terrible!!. Booked at 4pm and the ambulance didn't arrive on time. Coordinator claimed he said between 4 to 4.30pm. At 4.30pm, no sight of ambulance. I told them doctor leaving 5.30pm. Called at 4.45pm they claimed they are stuck and ask me to call other ambulance. At 5pm still didn't arrive.. the driver called and said they will arrive 5.30pm and tell me this is not emergency ambulance so don't expect on time service. Not even worth a star! I am paying $140 pet trip btw.
