★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank Chris & Patrick for attending to my Mother-in-law who has a medical check up at Changi Integrated Bldg. Despite my lift being faulty at the time of arrival at my premise, they took the staircase to the 3rd floor where I'm staying with a wheelchair. Then they lifted my MIL on the wherlchair and down the staircase as the lift will only be repaired by 3pm.
They were really patient and calm when carrying my MIL down 4 flight of staircace! I really admire them & hope anyone out there who wants to engage the ambulance service, I will strongly recommend HOPE AMBULANCE as I have witnessed the dedication of the two officers! Bravo to HOPE AMBULANCE SERVICES!???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to the A&E department with so many different ambulance service providers over the last two years due to my father's ongoing fight with Cancer. This ambulance is head and shoulders above the many and one that came to us through the 1777 service. They sent a full and professional team who were able to calmly assess the situation. They were very good with hospital administration (which is a HUGE boon when you are yourself flustered and worried about your loved one) and got my father situated and at ease. I would recommend them twice over. Sadly this last emergency I was unable to have them take my Father because they had no vehicles available at the time and the subsequent ambulance service that turned up was god awful! Definitely worth giving this service a call for your urgent care needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hope Ambulance staff who took the call & organised the ambulance to my parents’ home was very polite & empathetic. The ambulance arrived punctually in the heavy downpour & the 2 staff (Mr Zhang & Mr Zi Hao) were very helpful, caring, polite & most careful with the transfer of my dad to Assisi Hospice. Deeply appreciate their help and the great job done.
