Generally okay, with reasonable waiting time. Need to pay attention to expiry date of medicine; majority of medicine i received are going to expire in next 3 to 5 months. This is different from my experience in others clinic, where medicine always has more than 1 year expiry date.

I am at 1130am for severe headache told to come at 1300, when i come at 1pm, till 3pm my number not called, and those who register later are been called... when asked the nurses they are blur about the numbers been called, so it means they dont call the numbers accordingly, just call who ever they want , i will never come here again

Was hesitant to head to this clinic due to other reviews but I did so anyway since it was nearby and they're a panel clinic for iHP. Contrary to other people's experience, I was lucky to have been checked in by a female assistant with short hair. The other patients who left the clinic were very friendly towards her, and she reciprocated with a really bright tone. Dr Lim was amazing - non-judgemental unlike some private clinic doctors, straight to the point and she genuinely takes her time to go through all your symptoms and possible causes for it. She does not promise anything and is transparent about benefits/side effects of medications she is going to prescribe, along with explaining in great detail how the medications will help you and how to take it properly. Apart from that, she also touches on personal concerns for one's health and offers resources on vaccinations/tests if you feel the need to get yourself checked for anything. The counter staff with short hair as well was just as friendly! She was professional in handling of the medication and ensured that I understood what the instructions were. Thank you so much!

Most of the nurses are great here, especially the Malay lady. When I visited last few times in a couple of weeks, they were always very busy with a long wait but this lady was always jovial and cheerful. She's very helpful too. I love Doctor Choo too, she's like a sunshine when you're feeling down. She takes time to listen and understand to your condition/symptoms. There are many clinics around my area with Jurong polyclinic just below my block but i will travel (if my condition permits), to see Dr. Choo. I even decided to take my health screening here despite the small and often crowded location.

The clinic staffs are incredibly polite and friendly despite the long queue and big crowd. The doctor (Dr Andrew) is extremely attentive as well. Just note that the waiting time is going to be long, especially in this pandemic period. I arrived there at 9 PM and waited for 2 hours. But this is completely understandable. It means that the doctors took time to listen to our issues. Kudos to the receptionist in charge. She handled all the questions and requests from patients politely and gracefully. Thank you for working hard in this pandemic situation. ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️

Walked in 9:20 in the morning, seeing doctor at 11:30, it does not need such a long time actually, one aunty says she waited longer than 2 hours, she did not see doctor and was just taking some medicine.

Unfortunately the worst clinic experience that I have encountered. My mom called a week in advance to set up an appointment for the processing of LPA for 10am today. We reached around 9.45, went through registration procedures and was told to enter the clinic and wait inside. When we went inside, we found that there were no seats available, so we waited standing along the walls near the doors of the consultation rooms, where people were walking past us to and from the consultation rooms. At 10.30am, we checked with the nurses and they told us that we will be up soon. At 10.45am we checked again, and they told us that there are 2-3 more patients in front of us. We were a little annoyed by then cos our appointment was supposed to be at 10am. At 11am, we saw the 3rd patient leave the consultation room, yet someone else was called into the consultation room, and also that a walk-in patient who registered in front of us left after consultation and taking medication. So at 11am we went in and asked the nurses again whether it would be our turn soon, and they said that they don’t know, and that we should go and ask the doctors ourselves. So we asked them whether there was a point in asking us to make an appointment 1 week in advance when we had to wait longer than walk-in patients, standing by the walls for close to an hour. It was only when tempers flared that the doctor was willing to see us. This clinic clearly has no effective system for managing crowds. The fact that we were standing for 30 minutes with patients walking past us over and over again brings social distancing into question as well. The attached picture below shows the crowding situation in front of the consultation rooms, where you can see some patients also waiting along the walls just like we were. My recommendation for those people who do not want to face the same issues, would be to go elsewhere where they are able to manage crowds better and queues more fairly.
