Rude counter staffs, especially the Chinese lady with the short hair. I understand that it’s tough to be working as a front-liner but certain things were really lacking. Never give proper instructions on the visiting of the clinic. I made my trip to the clinic 4 times, and finally able to see the doctor the 4th time. Please at least give proper instruction to patient visiting the clinic. And also tried to called the clinic in advance before wasting my trip down. But the line is always busy. Called them more then 100 times but to no avail. Please kindly work on it as some patient life matters

I sent my son down to register for my family as we were feeling unwell. I am so disappointed when my son called me back and informed that the nurse said they don’t handle covid cases. I looked online and it states that this is a sash clinic. Now being turned away and being told they dont handle covid patients. Seriously?

Lousy counter staff A & B with lousy attitude. First question by staff A, price is how much ... & Do declaration, that's it. As having slight fever and flu was told by doctor to do ART. So this staff B came out with a rude manner asking why never declare when coming in the first place. We went back in to rectify & their apologise was unhappy with folding arm above head.. is this th right way to be treated.

Dearest Doctors & All Staff @ Silver Cross JW502, I really want express my gratitude & appreciation to everyone working here… I was down with C+ on 25 Feb 2022, & immediately consulted with Dr Lee, who was on duty that night. He was very assuring & briefed me on all the protocols, as well as gave me all the information. I went home but the next 2 weeks would be crazy as one by one, everyone at home fell ill and was C+, including my 15-month old baby. This time, Dr Nicholas was very concerned as he immediately referred us to NUH as the baby was running 40deg fever. The next few days would also see my wife, mother, helper & my 5 other children running to the clinic as the virus spread like wild fire at home. The staff was very meticulous & concern as they asked and follow up on my family. Despite the high volume of walk-in patients at the clinic, the counter staff was really steady as they attended to all the patients. Thank you to the Dr Lee & Dr Nicholas, as well as the staff who attended to me & my family as we pull through this tough period at home. A big shout out also to all the counter staff, as it could be very tiring & exhausting with so many patients during this pandemic. Dear Sir/Madam, On 4th Feb 2022, I visited silver cross clinic at Jurong west blk 502. I brought my 3 sons and my husband there for flu like symptoms. I was attended by a very nice malay and indian lady at the counter. However during medication collection, I was served by a chinese lady name Hui Min, if I get her name correctly but she is the only chinese lady with short hair at the counter. I have been observing her attitude since I stepped into the clinic and the way speaks with other patients. The way she speaks and attended to patients is very unprofessional. With her high tone and her rude gesture. I understand the clinic is very busy and can get very overwhelming. I myself is a registered nurse but I dont believe in speaking to patients rudely no matter how swamped we are with work and patients load. Ruby missed out one of my son's MC(TXXX5354I). I realised when I reached home and called in the evening to ask if she could help to send the MC via email because the school is strict on MC and I need to provide them on the day itself not come on sunday morning to the clinic to collect as per Hui Min. I told her to atleast help in someways so I could get the MC by tonight,without asking me to hold on nicely, she just shut me out and she spoke to her colleagues which I can hear clearly, about what I was asking for, saying I am demanding no matter how much she explained, as if I am purposely giving her a hard time. As a healthcare worker myself, I believe there is always a way to help with patient request especially if its just asking for a MC which they themselves missed out to give it to us? I really hope Hui Min could be more polite when attending to patient and change the way she speaks especially working at the front counter, that kind of attitude is really not appropriate. She might be good with her job but she needs to change the way she liase with patient and that would have made her a great Clinic Assistant. My Son is a regular there for his Elomet cream . This is the trusted clinic I will always bring my family members if they need medical consultation. The 2 doctors Dr Foo and Dr Lee are professional and the best in this area. Even though I have move slightly further away, I still prefer travelling back here for my medical visit. During this tough period, doctors and nurses are extremely overwhelmed and the queues are long. It is indeed frustrating for the long wait while being unwell but the wait is worth as the staff here are all very understanding, caring and gentle to adult and kids. Out of convenience recently, I brought my kid and myself to another clinic nearby Jurong West but the experience I received isnt comparable to Silver Cross outlet here. The swab was traumatising for my kid and myself. Today when Dr Foo did the pcr and art swab for my little girl, she was fuss free and it was not even scary for her. On top of that, he will always let me know what are the areas I should look out for. Thank you to Dr Foo, Dr Lee, Judy and all the staff here at Silver Cross! I know you are extremely overwhelmed during this tough period. Please take care too!

Silver Cross Jurong West has never failed us. On 1 March 2022, my husband went to bring our 2 boys as they were sick and they are issued HRN at 9plus am. They were asked to come back at after 1pm as the clinic is already full in the morning session. They came back at 1pm and was attended by doctor. Protocol and SOP were followed closely. On 7 March, myself, my son and both my parents were covid positive. Before we come to the clinic, we make a call to understand the situation before coming down. And they informed to get us to rush to the clinic as the registration is piling up. They even advised to go other clinic which is nearer to our home as they are scared once we reached there, it will be full. But we managed to register on time. As situation right now is really hectic, i applaud them for their professionalism. Nurses and doctor hands are full, but they managed to be calm and attend to patients. Dear doctors and nurses, keep up the good work and continue serving patients. You guys really did a great job ????

Thank you for the warm welcome for the patients, I have been there for several times cause the price is affordable for the treatment and medicine they gave. Dr Lee seems very experienced doctor but his attitude is polite with everyone. Not forgetting the clinic staffs, they're friendly and helpful. Last time i went on closing time I guess, but still the staff managed to allow me to get treatment.
