I initially came to Caring Skin to clear up maskne and through their skin assessment found I also had red patches (sensitive cheeks). I was able to resolve most of the skin issues I faced and am very pleased with the result. Claire worked on my skin and she was so gentle and clear in what steps she was taking during each session. I really enjoyed each session and found them super relaxing. Would definitely go again.

Although my skin progress is slower than others, I am extremely thankful that I found Annie, someone who is very gentle, meticulous and patient. She always gives the best advice about products and skincare and my skin recovers really quickly from the extractions done by her. I look forward to clearer and healthier skin soon.

Nonetheless, the team at Caring Skin have made my first experience (not just with them, with any facial treatment ever) nothing short of wonderful. They were “caring”, professional, gentle and just generally lovely people. I am not one to go for packages because, well, I like my money to stay inside my wallet; but I was so happy and purchased a small package. Can’t wait to be back for my second appointment!!

The extraction was thorough; face scrub and massage were relaxing but exfoliating; and the machine experience was just so soothing that I actually fell asleep. (I've never fallen asleep here before) All in all, Kathleen was meticulous and provided impeccable service. Pity that it had to be my last session there. [I saw my assigned therapist Annie present but didn't expect the change would be such a blessing in disguise.]

I would like to commend their skills, service and dedication! For Claire, I remembered her head and shoulder massage is amazing! Every session is wonderful with Eunice, she makes every visit a pleasant and comfortable one. She also gave recommendation for product/steps in the facial and answer all my questions very patiently. Which is great! I definitely seen a HUGE improvement from before going to Caring Skin. So thank you! Now I don’t have to worry about my skin (which is what I hope to achieve) And I also know the kind of products that are suitable for my skin. Absolutely worth the long term investment if anyone is thinking of it!

I am very impressed with Queenie from Bedok who did a very detailed explanation on my skin and also recommended on what I only need , I can see how sincere and professional she is at work. No sales tactic and such like the other clinics I have visited and bought package from. Annie was also great and super gentle and homely as she did my facial.
