Eighteen Chefs Bedok Djitsun Mall - 445 Bedok North Street 1

Been here 3 times and each time the service is getting worsen. The food is okay. Reasonable price for the quality of food. But the staffs are very unproductive and unprofessional. There were not many customers at this shop during my visits. But I had to wait too long at the counter in my 2nd visit just to order food. None of the staffs give any attention to their counter or the customers. On my 3rd time which will be my last time, we had to wait for some time again as no staffs were there to provide us the seat. Then a lady store manager came and, we were being treated harshly regarding vaccine information. She did not seem to know that the app is colour coded for vaccination status and could not accept well when we we explain her. She seemed to took it personally and replied so rudely. Then she threw the menu on the table and abruptly turn to other table to serve. We also walked out as her behaviour was unacceptable attitude and Unprofessional. I was surprised that this kind of person is the manager of this store. I hope the organisation selects the staffs with correct attitude and trained them well in future if they want to provide enjoyable experience for their customers.

The waitress could’ve been more polite when serving. food was not exquisite, just acceptable and average, couldve been less watery/salty. A tad bit overpriced in my opinion for student meal as well. Would not patronise again. Ruin my weekend mood!

Standards dropped since phase 3 HA. Ordered a plate of salad, HA Fried Rice with beef and BYOB. HA fried rice was done before the salad but they left it at the service counter till the salad was served and eaten halfway. By then the beef became medium well from medium and turned cold. Most of the greens in the salad were brown on the sides of the leaves (not sure if it's the sauce). But the saving grace was that the BYOB still maintained standards. Still will come back but they need to improve.

It was ok. The auntie was nice to give dates on the dine in customers.

the food isn’t only affordable, but it’s also quite tasty! however, the main highlight of coming here is the excellent customer service! the manager is very attentive to your needs and always checks up on you to make sure you’re having a good time. he even allowed us to help ourselves to netflix on the TV. this was the highlight of my day and i was truly so touched. do come around here if you’re a student or if you want a quick bite. it’s definitely worth it! thank you to the manager and his team for making my first time eating at eighteen chefs a wonderful one :)))

Food was excellent even though there is a obvious shortage of manpower. Thanks to the complementary awesome black beauty dessert!

Service is a little bit slow. Lack of manpower. Not in the photo is the hot tea. Don't order the hot tea ? as it is too small. The glass should be bigger a bit. The food is so so. The Banana Mango Smoothie ? is good as it didn't contain sugar, so originally the taste of the fruits with ice shave. The aglio olio prawn ? was nice too. My DIY pasta is perfect but the meat? is too little which I count, it only has 4 slices. The Eighteen Funky Salad was not that funky, better to order ceaser salad. I didn't believe it when my friends told me 18 Chefs haven't stayed true to their standards and fell off, but I was forced to eat my words. Just look at how much curry came with the curry cheese baked rice. I was basically eating cheese rice. Please portion your sauce appropriately, put some care into making your dishes.
