I needed a reliable ID to help with the renovation of my new house and came to know Alloyious from a friend. Being prudent, I still went ahead to get quotations from 3 other companies despite him being a referral. What made me seal the deal with Alloyious was not the price of the quotation but rather, his professionalism coupled with his practical and functional designs and advice. Alloyious is a very meticulous ID who takes care of all the details of renovation, from the very little details to the big ones. He is able to design a beautiful and functional house that is tailored to my needs. He is a very responsible and dedicated ID and takes every project seriously. Knowing the urgency of completing my house, he still came down to site to give instructions to the workers despite being sick so as not to delay any work. He is also a very understanding and accommodating ID. When I had purchased a sofa that is too big (due to my oversight with the dimensions) and had to change the design of the built-in cabinet at the very last minute, Alloyious did not even show any signs of displeasure. In fact, he came down to site and had a discussion with me straight away to come up with a new design to accommodate the sofa. What impresses me even until now is his after sale service. When I bought a washing machine that was too big for the base (once again, my oversight on the dimensions), he did not hesitate to have his team to enlarge the base. And when there was a chip off at the kitchen island cabinet 2 months after I moved in (from some unknown accident), he also arrange for his team of carpenters to replace the laminate. Working with Alloyious has truly been a very pleasant experience. If you are looking for a hassle free, responsible, dedicated and professional ID, Alloyious will definitely not disappoint you.

I recently engaged Junhao from Carpenters (Tradehub21) for renovation works for my house. It was a pleasant experience. Our project was a minor one with very little works required. That being said, my wife and I met up with 4 other firms to give our brief and expectations and we just could not find a suitable one for this reno. Finally, we met Junhao from Carpenters and we decided to go with him as he stood out - being on the same page as us (especially with timeline), understanding what we wanted very quickly, was prompt with our questions/enquiries and kept us updated regularly. For the renovation works, we were pleased with the carpentery work done. Most importantly, what stood out for us was how Junhao was able to think creatively of how to convert our storeroom into a comfortable living space for our helper (attached with plenty of storage space to keep her belongings and clothes). That was the biggest headache for us and he was able to come up with an effective solution. Junhao is a sincere, honest and responsive ID who also took time to personally oversee the work done (in particular with the sub-vendors e.g. electrician and carpenters). In addition, he was prompt in rectifying errors and defects after the handover of our place. All in all, it was a smooth experience engaging Carpenters (Tradehub 21) and Junhao. I would highly recommend!

Was apprehensive of getting a ID that did not align with our design goals or couldn't meet our tight dateline especially during this pandemic, but Jason from Carpenters assuaged my fears by keeping a steady pace throughout the renovation period and was always quick to respond to any concerns with have! We could also trust him to make the best suggestions for decor options around the house, even if it was not under his purview (for example furniture shopping). Of the 3 IDs I initially considered, only Jason made a bold suggestion that afforded me a lot more kitchen space which I am very thankful for. Not to mention he was always open to us looking for external vendors and gladly coordinated them for us therefore our renovation was really hands (and stress) free! Could not imagine a better renovation experience and really glad I landed a gem like Jason!

I had a happy experience with Junhao who was tasked with renovating my 5 room MOP BTO unit in 2021. To be honest, my project isn't the biggest out there, as extensive works are not really needed, other than electrical works, addition of carpentry, hacking and redesigning the toilets. Many IDs would probably find our project too small to take, but Junhao took it up. He is very responsive, even rectifying errors or defects after handover of the unit. For the dedication of his craft and timely interventions when it comes to subcon work, he did a good job coordinating the work to be done. Totally no complains about using Carpenters again and will recommend Junhao who will be the best person to take you through your projects.

I had my renovations done by Carpenters and was handled by ID Ms. Xueqi. Before I decided to choose Carpenters, I have gone through 6 others to view their showroom, sales quotations, sales follow up and responsiveness - I concluded and ended up with Carpenters. Xueqi was assigned to take up my project. The project took up few months due to the pandemic and also partly due to my end. However, Xueqi and her team were so patient and understanding. Throughout the renovation project, Xueqi was very detailed to all my requirements, very hardworking to make sure she followed up with the contractors in order to deliver as requested. She is always gave ideas on what we’re good to my renovations and always on time for site meetings even through late hours … I never regret getting her as my ID and Carpenters team at Tradehub is my preferred choice. If I have more properties .. I will definitely engage their services and have already introduced to my contacts! Well done Xueqi!!
