โ โ โ โ โ Dealer won't even take out the car for you even when you made a prior appointment for viewing and test drive. Before you test drive he will tell you if you confirm then can test drive. (Which is weird and somewhat condescending lol)
Then when you tell then how serious you are about driving the car they'll photocopy your driving license (what happened to PDPA?) and make you sign a test drive form with a clause to say that you'll have to pay for damages if you get into an accident. Even though no other dealers does this, don't forget to read the last sentence: "In the event of an accident buyer agrees to pay full price of the car". Huge red flag that smells like a big scam.
I would take my money elsewhere. You have been warned...

โ โ โ โ โ Condition of car was very terrible when handed over. Squeaky lower arms, engine misfiring, steering not returning after turn, wipers not working etc. In the span of 2 months, i had to send the car back for aftersales repair 6 times. The only positive experience was them not shunning us when we return for repairs.
Went to my own mechanic after these 6 visits, i still had to pay to change those components they "repaird" for us.......

โ โ โ โ โ Carway cars are in good condition - exterior, interior and under the hood. You don't have to do refurbishing upon purchase. Their prices are also fixed, this means more upfront pricing. Most importantly, they are very welcoming about STA/Vicom inspection. Very professional overall.
Many thanks to Harry. He was very patient and provided prompt updates via WhatsApp. All transactions and necessary paperwork work were done quickly and smoothly.
Billy, the service coordinator, was also friendly to answer any car questions after car collection.
