I initially went in to Happy Motoring expecting a full on sales pitch, various pushy tactics, typical "someone else is also very interested in this". However, Sham was the total opposite of what i was expecting. He did introduce another car that was different to the one that i wanted to look at, but he didnt push that to me. He laid out the advantages and disadvantages of both cars, and listened to my needs without being too over bearing. After deciding on the car, he kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and was prompt in his responses whenever there were changes. He handled everything from start to finish professionally and wholeheartedly. Sham is a gem to his company!

My impression of 2nd hand car dealers has completely changed after an extremely pleasant experience interacting with Sham. Sham was very polite, professional, thoughtful and patient throughout the entire sale process. Never once did he rush me to make a decision, and the only thing he had great urgency for was his promptness in responding to every question that I had. He even offered to let me test drive the vehicle a 2nd time as he wanted me to have a good feel of the drive (I don't think any other dealer has offered the same in my experience). I eventually bought the car that I was looking for and am very satisfied with what I paid for. Even post-sale, he continues to offer his professional opinion and share his knowledge on 2nd hand vehicles and helped me to understand how to evaluate my options in future should I either renew COE or scrap the vehicle.
