★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this place to have a watch braclet resized. sales staff did it with no questions asked. I mean, I have received worst customer service from high end watch retailers. I have absolutely no regrets supporting such brands in future.

They are so busy running around serving multiple customers at the shop.
Company need to look at allocating additional staffs to cater to the crowd, esp now during weekend and christmas is next week!
