Bernard was very helpful and patient. We were given lots of options to purchase the watches as per our budget. He was very patient in explaining the different brands, models and functionality. We are very pleased with the 2 Longines watches we ended up buying. Overall a wonderful experience and will definitely return for future purchases.

Steve and Bernard were both fantastic in their customer service. Were extremely patient in bringing out different watch pieces for my viewing and providing their feedback for my selection. All in all, and excellent shopping experience and looking forward to my next watch purchase with them.

Buyer beware! I brought my mum to Watches of Switzerland Tampines Mall on the 10 Oct 2021. It was just window shopping.  And my mum happened to like a Longines watch.  I was served by Betty. Her service was good,  and I immediately bought the Longines at around $2K. 2 weeks later,  the watch broke down. My mum was disappointed, as she liked the watch very much.  I brought back to the shop and look for Betty. She said to sent the watch in for servicing and it may take 2- 3  weeks.  I declined,  as the watch is only 2 weeks old. She suspect its probably battery issue. She offered to change the battery.  Another staff then changed the battery. To my horror,  the back plate was scratched very badly after the battery was changed. (See the pictures.) Looking at the scratch, is it possible for my mum to wear the watch and scratch the back plate so bad in only 2 weeks??? Furthermore,  the backplate is in contact with the skin, very unlikely to create such bad scratches. And my mum wore the watch 24/7, except when she bathes. I expect a shop like Watches of Switzerland to have better skills in changing watches battery.  Very disappointed.  This will be my first and last time visiting this shop.

I came to the Tampines outlet twice over 2 days and on each occasion, I am pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and politeness of the staff. On 26 May, I was served by Miss Betty Wong who was sincere and knowledgeable in her trade. I was considering what to purchase with my budget. She took time to explain to me and made me feel comfortable on my decision. I eventually bought a Bretling watch and love it very much . Its a watch which I feel matches my character. Thanks Betty and the staff for the memorable great service experience!

Connie was a great help to me. She seems new but she’s professional and her manager, Chris is very patient with her and helped her whenever she needs assistance. Connie was not pushy and gave me time to decide on my purchase too. Thank you both for a pleasant experience. Will definitely be back when I’m buying my second piece.

This is one boutique that I love going to for my Swiss watch purchases. The staff here are friendly, understanding and not pushy. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed. My go to person in this boutique is Ms Patricia Law. She's the Senior Sales Associate there. Ms Law is courteous, patient and has good product knowledge. Always goes that extra mile to assist the customer. In my opinion, Ms Law is a great asset to the company. Keep up the good work and thank-you for all the good deals over the years. God bless. Danny.
