β β β β β Bought a Wulf brand watch online at the start of 2021 and within a week I was sending it back for malfunctioning. Some 12 months later the entire internal movement of the watch has detached from the face. I contacted H2Hub several times via email to nil avail only for someone to finally answer me via their WhatsApp. Thus far they have been "checking my details" for a week straight and still no further communication from them.
Avoid at all cost - fraud of a company.

β β β β β Bad experience! Only came here to replace watch battery because the uncle at the heartland shops advised that he might scratch the back casing with his tools, and suggested I come to bigger watch shops as mine had to be pried open (not screw on casing).
Staff told me they could replace my watch battery after looking at it, and I assumed they had the right tools for it. But after replacing, I noticed that there were new deep scratches on the back casing when I reached home. Unfortunately I don't have before/after pics to prove it, and perhaps I should have verified that they were able to do it properly. Caution to ppl with similar watch designs like mine, u don't want your expensive watches to get scratched by them :(
