โ โ โ โ โ Noisy a bit because of location beside MRT but not too much. Paradoxically speaking ,it is so convenient to go to station.

โ โ โ โ โ Cosy place which is near to Lakeside MRT Station and in between few great shopping malls. For parent with young kids, Ruland Primary School is just nearby.

โ โ โ โ โ This executive condo is relatively new. A big swimming pool and other facility are equipped. It is very near the lakeside MRT. Around 5 min walk.

โ โ โ โ โ Swimming pool is large and surrounded by building blocks. So, every balconies are pool side view. Land area is not so wide but green enough with trees and grasses. Koi ponds are also here.

โ โ โ โ โ There's is nothing for #Covid19 control measures like taking temperature and scanning trace together when the contractor enter inside. The security sit inside his cabin and ask me REMOVE MY MASK so that he can hear my voice!!! I think he is in Hari Raya mood! Selamat Hari Raya to him!???

โ โ โ โ โ I love it it has 17 levels and 2 basements! I been here for 11/9/2020 It also have a swimming pool! Oh yeah that in dancing at the pole xD

โ โ โ โ โ Has anyone stay in the 11 floor and how is the mrt noise? I went to see the 11floor block 56..but it heard louder compare to block 54..
