The Lakefront Residences

A very convenient condominium to stay in. Within a kilometer you have all he facilities like shops, food courts, grocery shops, wet market, fresh vegetables shops and the beat part is 200 meters away is the bus stop and mrt lakeside station. It takes hardly 3 minutes from your doorstep to station. Facilities and security of the condo are good. Very green and with lake near by gives a good feel factor while walking/jogging. It's very near by lakeside gardens. Good place to hang out with friends and family. Also one can enjoy the events taking place there.

Dear future Tenant and Property Investors, Lakefront residences were actually a great place to be. Very convenient and close to the Lakeside MRT and to Lakeside Park. At the beginning as we came here it was a good and a relaxed place to stay especially for families. Unfortunately the management here has changed now and this guys do not really understand that they are primary here to serve residents. They came up with more and more rules and restrictions which starts to bother most of the residents, for sure me and my family. Facilities got and remain closed out of their own decision (not in line with MOH). The newest act is that they informed that the guards will get equipped with body-worn cameras to gather evidence in case of upcoming disputes/arguments with residents. They are far away from doing a good job in for e.g. pest control and in other duties. They appear unfriendly and not cooperative, etc. I wouldn’t go that far to say that we feel violated in our personal rights but we start to feel here more and more to be inmates instead residents. The freedom to live here is gone, we will move out here as fast as possible. May you consider to spend or invest your money elsewhere

I am currently a resident at The Lakefront Residences. It is lovely looking and close to the park and schools. My concern is that the management is not thoughtful of their residents' well being. They have closed the pools. The Singapore Govt. has not made this restriction (as SIngapore is very thoughtful and careful with their restrictions and rules to keep their people safe). No other condos in our area have made this restriction. Many people at the condo have voiced this concern. They are not compromising at all. There are many people who use the pool for their exercise and mental health. With thoughtful restrictions the pools could be open and used to bring joy, exercise and a healthy life to our community. The management has opted for an easy choice for THEM not for their residents. I would highly rethink if you were to move in to a condo here or buy a condo because your voice is not heard with major life-altering decisions for quality of life here at Lakefront Residences.

Nice and cosy place to stay, with lots of greenery and full condo facilities (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis, bbq pavilions, function room, and gym). Lakeside MRT (green line) is just next door, walking distance to schools and Jurong Lake Gardens. Residents and management team here are friendly too. Love coming back home after a long day at work ^^

Walking to MRT only take around 100 steps. Very convenient. Average selling price is reasonable low.

Very near MRT, very good place to go to, it is just that there are way too many mosquitoes (at the side facing the canal) and even monkeys went to the Balcony! Overall experience was Good, and even some inca doves went to nest in the balcony!
