Can only overnight your unregistered car for 2 nights a week even though you’re the owner of the house. No exemptions given. Management lack of empathy in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parc vista is one of the best condos I have ever stayed! Sadly, gotta move as I have found a job in the city area. Security guards are extremely friendly, easy accessible and provide all year service. Great place. Close to the MRT. I miss Parc Vista!

Visited my friend staying there. The apartments are very spacious. Theee are two pools but one seems to be under utilised as there are hardly anyone swimming there. The condo is located near the Lakeside MRT and one stop away from the Jurong Point mall.

Walking distance to Chinese Garden as well as Japanese Garden. Swimming pool and tennis courts available within the condominium
