★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bad: A slightly older condo with honestly quite poor/ unmaintained facilities (small pool and no real gym).
The good: The benefit of Cassia View is most certainly the location which offers great convenience. Old Airport Road hawker just behind, and a fast bus to CBD one direction, and to exciting Paya Lebar the other.
Conclusion: If condo facilities (pool, gym, BBQ pits, security etc.) are important to you then I'd give this one a miss. If however being in a prime location is a big factor then it's worth considering.
