They: - didn't understand what I wanted - had my hair with bleach flung into my face - forgot to put ear caps and then put one with bleach all over it onto my ear because they touched it with their bleach filled glove - treated my hair so roughly my neck hurts - my scalp was burning after the last round of bleaching - washed my hair so roughly when my scalp was raw from the bleaching, I thought I was being scalped and was almost brought to tears - made the back of my shirt wet - had water flung onto my face The only positive experience was that the dog came up to me for pets. During the last few hours, all I wanted to do was to just leave, but I couldn't because they were so busy with other customers. Overall I just think they are extremely unprofessional.

I’m very satisfied. As a Korean, I expected Korean s-curls. To be honest, I didn't expect it too much , but after a week, the perm is beautiful and it's very nice ^_^ Designers don't cut too much and my hair matches well. I couldn't dye it. My scalp can be peeled off due to severe allergic reaction to dying chemicals. Perm is a very satisfying skill.

I have tried a lot of different salon. Castle V is not the cheapest with hair cut price at $48. Hair cut not very skilled. got a few people commented that my hair cut not looking good. Root perm is $128 and their package price for cut+root perm is $176 (i thought normally if you get package price, means its cheaper. but its not). Root perm was okay. But other better salon charge way cheaper than $128 with the same or better result.

Glad to have chosen Castle V for my first perm - the wave and root perm turned out very natural and just what I am looking for. They were very patient and friendly throughout the session and I appreciated the many tips they share to take care of my hair. No hardselling and its reasonable prices here too Plus perks that there is a friendly goldie :)

I did quite a bit of research and read quite a few reviews for different salons and generally got the idea that some salons tend to add on extra cost without telling their customers beforehand. They end up paying much more than they are told so I was very careful this time. After reading the amazing reviews of Castle V, I decided to give them a try and they defn didn't disappoint! I love the fact that they were very honest about their pricing, no hard selling at all. Chris was also meticulous in her instructions to her staff and ensured that every customer is taken care of. The hair stylists at Castle V are also very detailed and patient throughout the whole process. Love the results of my hair and the price was reasonable as well:) Nini the goldie dog is so cute!! Bonus ????

I have always been very skeptical when it comes to hair salon, but my experience with Castle V was amazing and also Chris is very passionate professional with what she does best! The end result of my hair was totally what I wanted and also my hair feels smooth and healthy even after perming & coloring! The price of their services are also very affordable and doesn't hurt your wallet! :) 100% highly recommended!

I love how my hair turned out! Reasonable prices most especially with how sincere the staff are in explaining various colouring processes. A lovely aesthetic place with an adorable dog, would drop by again!

Before me and my friend decided to dye our hair at Castle V, we checked the reviews. There were many positive feedback which made us attracted to that salon. However, we were really disappointed with the experience in there, we would never come back to this salon again! My friend and I did hidden colour for $188 + $50 for treatment. But, we were charged for the dye full head price ($258). Their reason for charging us that price was due to their UNNECESSARY dying of my outer hair. They dyed my outer hair black when it was already black in the first place. Also, the colour is uneven too! Another thing that I’m upset about is the way they handled the process of dying my hair. It was done poorly. They applied the bleach without care which resulted my forehead from getting two burnt scars. Moreover, they pulled my hair roughly, adding to the stinging pain from the bleach. Overall, I strongly feel it is not worth the money and we got scammed! Never recommending this place to anyone.
