★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit : waited almost 2hrs for my turn although I had made an appointment. Management should have better time managenent skills & not accept last minute walk-in customers as the salon is already full.
Booked appointment prior to visting the salon, but still had to wait for around 2hrs, which is unreasonable.
Nonetheless, great service by JR, thus giving 3 stars instead of 1 star.
Will be going to other salons instead, as the waiting time is too long even though I have made an appointment beforehand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second time to this salon. My first experience was excellent thats why I came back for the second time hoping I can get the same vibe. I book the same stylist who is July. I even called and message them to get appointment just to make sure that shes the one who will handle my hair. But then during the session she just let other stylist do my hair. Its very unprofessional and im very dissappointed. She should inform me early that she cant handle me so I can resched my visit. And they just touch up my new growth hair but charge me full amount. Now my hair got two tone color. And this session took me about 3.5 hrs. Definitely not worth it. I wont come back to this salon. Totally disaster!

She is a gem of this salon, eventhough i came without appointment she made me feel as an important client and even do recommendatiins for my hair. I will be back again❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to July for haircut and treatment. July is a very skilful and attentive stylist. Her hair cut is comparable to the stylists in some well-known salons, if not better. She also gives very good suggestions on hairstyles and services. Has recommended July to my friends!
