★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly unfriendly and SLOW service. Took TWENTY minutes for 2x basic coffees to be done, after asking twice whether it's ready. Order clearly got lost in line both times as a number of people after me got their coffees...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depending on barista can be a little slow but their coffee is very good. Unlike other places their machine is properly cleaned and they live up to their name. Senior staff make an effort to remember the names of the regulars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very badly run but the 2 stars are for the decent coffee quality. The service is zero, from ordering manner (a mere raising of eyebrows from the guy) to execution of the order. They are disorganised and get orders messed up, spilling coffee, overheating the milk to the point of bubbling over, not knowing where the sugar, serviettes and stirrers are. And no, they were barely crowded but they weren't bothered with the job at all.

Last week, I was in line and he was motionless and slow, so I left.
Today at 7:30. I know I was early and I didn’t see his wrinkled half A4 size paper saying “we are closed”, I greeted him “Good morning”… “Good morning, are you open?”… “Good morning…?”
No way he didn’t hear me as he was 2 meters away and I was pretty energetic.
I’m sorry I didn’t see your sign but it won’t kill you just say “not yet”, I suppose…?
Was very rude. That hurts the brand image. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
