β β β β β I would like to say big a Thank You to Mark, Sales Executive of Cellini Design Centre, located in Changi North Crescent. His customer service is superb; and he always served us with a smile on his face; he had nary a frown or a hushed voice when we asked him many questions; he was always patient, even though he had to serve multiple customers. Because of the delays in the renovations, I had to postpone deliveries of the sofa sets many times, he assured me I could call him anytime and he would help me make the change with the relevant dept. This shows his after-sales service is fantastic too. Thank you, Mark.... from my sisters and me.

β β β β β Jenny chew, the showroom manager has been very nice and kind to help us with our queries. At the end, we bought dining set and sofa set, with her patience explanation of materials and colour combination, we get the black beauty marble dining table which I believe it surely deliver its value.
Will definitely come back because we really feel that she has our interest at heart.

β β β β β I want to feedback about the poor response I received from Celini. On last week I have sent an email to request for free fabric which I am going to purchase. Up to 4/5 no reply from them, hence I call and Sam asked me to call their HQ. I spoke to a male operator and he said will check on his availability. So...till now nobody bother to call me. I have previously contacted Celini and Kerine is very good and responsible. Unfortunately she is now oversea and no one will do the job.

β β β β β Decided to come back to Cellini for a new sofa as the quartz tabletop i bought 5 years ago has lasted well. Was attended to by Mr Vincent Low. Vincent was very patient and provided sound advice e.g. checking the color of the sofa fabrics under natural light, and to wait for the exact measurements before committing to buying a dining bench. Got a good deal, bought a side table purchase with purchase, and it came to below the original price of the sofa. Glad i came down to the changi gallery as it was huge and a wide selection.

β β β β β The service staff is friendly. His colleague is also very meticulous in his repair works. He helps to make sure that the defect has being rectified accordingly. The sofa looks exactly how it looked like when it was first brought into the house. Lastly, he has provided advice on how to maintain the integrity of the sofa. I appreciate his efforts. Thank you.?

β β β β β Great service by Mark! Heβs very attentive and responsive. We bought a sofa with stain-proof fabric and weβve been loving it so far. Thereβs some defect but Mark has coordinated to get it replaced quickly. Weβre very pleased with the service he provided!
