Thank God tt we have her name shown in our old invoices and we managed to locate her at Century square outlet. Service is good as usual and this time we got a mattress for ourselves

β β β β β This review don't even deserve one star. Took a day leave to wait for the bed delivery scheduled since a week plus ago, in the end the staff called to inform me their two delivery men infected by covid. Now need to wait for another week to receive my bed!!!
My new house all done except for no bed in my room, what kind of good services are they providing?? The whole company only having two delivery men??? Or is it all their deliveries affected and all customers will need to wait for another week while their delivery men recover??? Or is it priority only given to customers with larger amount of orders??
Definitely will not purchase any items again from this company!!!
