β β β β β Walk-in to this boutique with my wife sometime in April and was greeted by a friendly staff. She was really nice to explain to us on the bed features and differences in material. She was also patient and was not pushy when we didnβt make our decision to purchase on the spot. Good experience!

β β β β β Went down to the boutique to look for a mattress as a gift for my mum and was fortunate to be serviced by staff Ivy who was patient and spot on with her recommendation for which type of mattress would suit her best. The boutique was also clean and tidy, making the sleep tryouts feel closer to home. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a new mattress of premium quality!

β β β β β after 8 month of ordinary use, my S$4500 worth of mattress, end up with this big rupture, service line justly simply turn me away by saying " that is not covered under warranty, should fall under wear and tear category" , i believe nobody in this world will expect this kind of poor quality with such a premium price paid. what really disappointed me is they did not bother to send technician down to check whether it is caused by inappropriate use, or product defect, just simply conclude that is not covered, you have to pay $$$$ to repair it. i used to have some other brand King koil, seahorse , never encounter any defect as such. quite a disappointing product and service experience, purchase at your own risk.

β β β β β We purchased from Tanglin branch but came to tampines to make full payment as adviced by Sealy as we can go to any outlet to make payment. The lady who served us was rude and kept repeating that we should have gone back to Tanglin branch to make full payment since we purchased from there. When we asked some questions with regards to our purchase her tone was impatient and rude. Itβs like she couldnβt wait to get us out of the shop and also made us feel like we made her do extra work. Well, I think Sealy should review the overall service level of their staff. It was a terrible experience.
