β β β β β Brought my mum to see Dr Lau for labyrinthitis. Dr Lau was very patient during consultation and provided sound advice. He was very clear about the process, steps, and follow up actions. We also reached out to him/the clinic over the phone for some emergency questions and they accommodated us. The staff in both clinics were great as well.
