Iโ€™m scammed and lodged a complaint to CASE. I bought a gamepad which is not supporting for iOS. The staff informed me that it is compatible to Iphone and opened a seal herself. After that I realized it is not support for IOS officially and asked for refund, they said it is non refundable. So I asked why? They said it is written in receipt. And I talked to them, you inform me that it is non refundable after making a payment? The male said 99% of retailers in Singapore like this. Is it true? I thought this kind of fraud is impossible in Singapore. A bit disappointed of customer protection here.

Avoid this shop !!! I bought the below WK Design BD330 bluetooth TWS earphone from them today at the price of $100/- (asking price of $109/-) only to discover that Lazada is selling at $32.90. Such was the big price difference (more than 3 times) that I felt compelled to warn everyone reading this review NOT TO PATRONISE this shop. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST !!!

22Mar2018 5:30pm Update: It finally got settled in the afternoon, with the store manager John (who was not there earlier) being in the store. I had to make 3 trips in total to replace a faulty unit which they had sold, and which was under warranty. And on asking John whether using the new cable could have been used to send the faulty set back, he said Of Course!! And then he asked his employee Edison why he had asked me to go home to bring the power cable back! Moral of the story - avoid CH2 for any purchases. And if forced to go there, interact with no one else but John Foo. And especially avoid any interactions with this amazing character Edison - whose IQ levels very selectively falls to negative to fine tune the art of customer harassment is in question, and he does not stop at lying. People like him give Singapore, and Sim Lim Square, a bad name. The feedback of CH2 on Google reviews seem to be consistently poor. (One a side note, I realized, from feedback of other people - U-Rock brand is apparently an in-house brand of CH2.) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 22Mar2018 3pm It has been a sad experience dealing with this shop. I bought two 5-port USB charging blocks from there in Dec2017, of the brand "U-Rock" which they sell there. Shop 03-88, on level 3 (04-79 in the Google address is their service centre). They carried 6 months' warranty. In March2018, one of them stopped working (which can happen with any electronic product). So I took it back. The guy at the shop - Edison - said that since it is more than 7-days old, he has to test it, and that it would take one hour. Don't know what they had to test, since it was a simple power-on test to see if it is charging or not, as they are not capable of opening those small units, I am sure. I left it there, saying that I will call to enquire status. On trying the number, no one picks up. Then I got through to their manager, and he made Edison call back. Edison then says that it is ready, and then in 5 mins says that it had some other cable being used, and that he would tell me when I come. This is where the saga begins! On reaching there, he tells me that he cannot give me a new piece, because the simple power cable was apparently not the original one (even though I am totally certain that it is the original power cable). So he asks me to get the original power cable. I tell him that it would mean yet another trip, and asked him why he didn't tell me that on the phone itself. He knew he would not be able to give the replacement set, and yet he made me come there!! He then said that his service centre is not giving him a replacement set, because the original set has to be returned. I told him to give me just the adapter, and that he could return the faulty charger with the new cable back to the company, which would solve his problem. He said that he could not do that. And told me that his service centre is refusing it. On asking him where the service centre is, he told me that it was at 04-79. So I went there, and there the staff said that the did not deal with these U-Rock chargers at all. So what Edison told me was a lie. Basically, for the replacement, it is something which the sales people at the shop themselves decide. I implored with him again to let me just take the replacement charger, and that he could simply keep the power cable back. He simply refused, and thus I had to come back home. This shop does not look like it is built for customer delight. And I am skeptical about all the products which they say carry 6 months warranty, because I think in reality, they make sure it is as difficult as possible. And talking with their sales person Edison is like talking with a wall. Let me see how it finally plays out.

All sales final! Apparently bought a used (sold as new), defective wireless powerbank at this store in Suntec City. Policy must bring defective merchandise within 7 days, it was a gift so missed the window. I do not recommend conducting business with this store!

Very good experience building my desktop at CR Group. First spoke to Yan when I wanted to build a system at their store, she was very welcoming and patient, bringing me through all the different parts they had at their store. We agreed on a build and within the same day they had started on the build. The after-sales services was also superb, we had some issues with the motherboard and the technicians, Cayden immediately helped us to figure it out on site the day of. The people at CR group are super nice and patient there was no hesitation and no fear in dealing with them, they arenโ€™t the regular sleezy business you find at Sim Lim. Will definitely be coming back to CR group for my next desktop build!
