★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the shop on Monday 4 October at 12.30pm and needed advice on the dvd player which was purchased at Challenger. Though F.Mak was busy with the packing arrangement of the shop's products he stopped what he was doing to attend to us. Mak went out of his way to help troubleshoot my problem. We were so touched by his service and politeness. What a wonderful surprise to meet such a pleasant and helpful young man with the right attitude! Mak, you made your company proud with your commendable service!Thank you, Mak for being a rare gem. You certainly made our day special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and patient cashier. Can’t remember his name was Foo/Lim. Took an effort to assist an old couple with the app when they were trying to figure out how to to use it. He was also very patient with an arrogant man who was not being cooperative and still had a smile on his face even when the man was so rude, unreasonable and impolite and holding up the line. Limited items in store as it was smaller than the usual stores. Improving customer service.
