Would give 0 if possible. Absolutely terrible resole work done and horrendous customer service! Went to resole my long boots a week before my 3 weeks trip specifically to  wear it there. But lo and behold. On the very first day of wearing them,  the left sole came unglued. Don't know what type of lousy glue they use. Had no luggage space to carry it along and back to show the shoddy work done. So had no choice but to take photos and disposed of it during my trip. When i returned, went down to the shop to complain about the shoddy work done with the photos. One of the guys there, after hearing i didn't have the boots with me, couldn't be bothered with my complaint & simply walked away while i was still talking. Down right rude. I also didn't have receipt to prove it was done there because none was issued. Overall absolutely disgusted with their attitude. It seems they have enough customers such that even if they do shoddy work, I don't deserve a basic level of courtesy and recourse. $35 down the drain with sour taste left in the mouth.

Staff very patient. Key access card is hit and miss - not just KEY SHOE but all the other shops. The staff is very patient when the let access does not work. Offer key replacement no question asked or need to show receipts. Thumbs up. Careful when you go to other chain operation, the red type will snuff you out because they will give excuses such as call back during office hours or go to out head office or send an email to our feedback

Brought the leather black handbag to seek their advice on the white stains. They informed to use the black shoe polish to polish it. Great idea that it works. Did not charge for that The inner padding of the ladies shoes they suggested to buy the ready pads to put in to save cost Great service shown

Went to duplicate keys- Workmanship was poor and key did not work, went back again, asked them to redo, still did not work. Ended up going to another shop which did a perfect job for half the price.

Reluctant to help initially but were able to help cut the key I needed where other companies wouldn't /couldn't. Very happy with the outcome.

10 starsssss..........The uncle was very accommodating in adding sole to my running shoes using my old flip flops to level up with my aircast boot. Initially advise to come back tomorrow and I beg if I can wait for it since am having problems already walking in weeks (was supposed to buy the evenup sole but medium size in unavailable). He did reconsider and told me to come back in 2 hours. I went back an hour and a half and saw the shoe finished with the added sole and when I was about to pay the 25$ he quoted me he told me just to pay 15$, whattttt?????? I said wow this is what you call excellent customer service, I insisted to instead give him 20$ to show my appreciation. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!

Bad attitude and service .. i repair my shoe and i paid but the uncle like no feel quilty ask me to travel 2 times to do a collection as iam not stay here..ya 0 star for this shop.. still alot of shop in Singapore not only this and service is 100 times better than this shop.
