★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All patients are required to register and then proceed to payment before joining the medication queue.. a total of 3 queues just for collection of medication. Most of the time, payment can be done in the respective clinics but when the system have problems which happens often. There will be a huge jam in the Payment queue because there are patients who require payment via CPF or need financial counseling. There should be a payment kiosk for those who can pay by credit card or an express queue counter for those who can pay cash.
