When i bought it, the noodles was already pre cooked. So it's not so fresh as per say, Noodles also does not have the wok hei smell and chilli was soso. Not that fantastic for the price.

It is in the Sam - Marsiling Mall Hawker Centre.Tried it today and it taste ok to me though not the best.Saw the younger guy cooking/ frying the noodles, so this time it was not pre cooked, may be I am lucky. Also at times tastes differs from individuals. I have tried many different types of hokkien mee and honestly I am bias cause I prefer the thick and dryer hokkien mee! The one here is really delicious and they give a good amount of prawn. It has been really consistent too the standard has not dropped for the past few times I have been. Honestly if a hawker store only sells one item. It has to be good for it to survive. Give it a try. I honestly got pleasantly surprised by how good it was

Pretty decent. I ordered later so thy had fried it fresh on the spot. Ordered the $8 one and we liked it. For $8 we got 3 prawns abd tasty hokkien mee enough for 2 and then some. Eggs were a good amount

i am very surprised why some posted positive review. I just tried yesterday and order a $5 plate and it taste HORRIBLE. Initially was surprised why it was ready so fast to collect as i have seated less about 3 minutes waiting for my order. And when i tasted it, oh it taste NOT Hot but also the taste was below average. Maybe the Cook had a bad day OR they have change the chef for this branch location. I ate about less than 5 mouth and i STOP eating. Truly DISAPPOINTED. Edit: i got to agree with 1 of the review, the Fried Hokkien Mee was PRE-COOKED !! :(

Missing this stall when used to live there. Really enjoyed the dry style and rich taste. So far the best Fried Hokkien Mee I tried.
