β β β β β This place is highly rated and is always crowded with long queues. The taxi drivers claim this is one of the best duck rice around hence decided to give it a try. I order a half duck and salted vegetable duck soup. Both were decent but the sauce I find was too oily. The duck meat was quite juicy and tender as well.

Love the braised duck. Tender, succulent, juicy and rid of any weird stench. Braised sauce is savoury, not too sweet type.
Salted veggie duck soup was umami and sweet, without any hint of sharpness. I prefer a tangy version. Meat fell off bone easily.

β β β β β A rare jewel nestled in Sin Ming. Really enjoy the braised duck with the authentic Teochew lor gravy - watery and not the sticky type. The salted vegetable duck soup is also superb - love the peppery taste! Queue is long but moves really fast. I would say this place is as good as the other Teochew braised duck stall in Alexandra. Will be back for more!

β β β β β The duck rice is full of flavour and generous with the portion. The chili is great paired with the duck too, not too spicy but refreshing. The individual portion costs $4.5. There was queue during lunch hour but moved pretty fast

β β β β β Hup Seng Duck Rice is undoubtedly one of the best braised duck rice stalls in Singapore. Tender duck meat, savory gravy and a slew of add-ons including duck liver, kidney and braised pork meat . Another signature dish is their salted vegetable duck soup which has a lovely peppery note to it on top of the usual savory notes. Must try!!!!

β β β β β One of, if not the best braised duck rice in Singapore. Been coming for many years and it never disappoints. Braised duck, braised pork, salted veg duck soup, are all excellent. There's always a long queue for it so do reach early to avoid disappointment.

β β β β β Probably the best braised duck rice Iβve had in Singapore. Duck and pork were well flavoured and tender. The salted vege duck soup also packed a good punch. This portion was enough for two of us to share. $18 in total. Queue moved swiftly.

β β β β β Definitely a go to place for braised duck rice. One of the best in town. Loved the nostalgic flavor of the braised duck. This stall comes with special Fujian double boil duck with salted Vege soup. It is quite unusual for this to be served in the hawker centre setting. The braised belly pork was perfectly prepared where the meat and the fat are still intact. Key is the flavour is perfectly balance with nostalgic taste that I missed for both the duck and pork meat! Enjoyable lunch and it cost me $28 for all I ordered. Worth to come back againβ¦
