β β β β β Horrible experience with this company. I wld give zero star if there's such a choice. Hidden costs include charging $2 per bag which they need to bring my curtains back to their office for dry cleaning.
The team leader named Joe is best at cutting off your phone when he can't get what he wants. Hard to communicate with the team at all. Will never engage again!

β β β β β Unethical. Got charged for blackout curtains although the curtains are definitely not blackout. Also got charged for them to bring bags to transport the curtain - they were not transparent about this when we first approached them. When confronted they said they will refund us for not being backlit curtains but of course never heard from them again.
