★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally, my ziptrak was installed! Both installers Man Chao and You Chun did an excellent job. Before they were done, they called me to inform and as I was not able to go down n check the job on the spot, they actually did a few videos on how to operate the ziptrak correctly and pictures to show the completed job. Kenneth also followed up with me by sending me the pics of the completed job.
Kenneth at the Ubi Showroom is helpful and able to provide good advice on Ziptrak n curtains. Appreciate his patience in answering our tons of questions. He also will prempt us on the possible problems we might face so we can be prepared ahead.
Cindy from the main office is also as helpful and friendly. She tried her best to find an installation date that will fit into my renovation schedule.
And not forgetting Vincent that came to do the measurements for the Ziptrak. He took the measurements precisely so as to ensure that the ziptrak will fit perfectly. Professional!

HM and ah.Son did a good job installing the blind. Did a clean and fast job, overall took 3 hours dismanting amd installing the blinds. Thumb up for the efficency.
The Curtain Boutique is highly recommended.

They noticed 1 of the components was scratched. Their colleagues sent the replacement component rather than installing the scratched component.
They sealed the gaps between ziptrak and walls & ceiling well with matching color of the paint of the wall and ceiling.
They brought their own vacuum cleaner to clean up.
Drilling was loud. Drilling was also to tighten components and not just drilling holes. Be prepared.
