Terrible service from a short lady at the cashier. Not even a smile on her face. When talking to her never get a reply as well. Hope you guys will improve on the service.

My favorite bakery comes to my part of Singapore. The cakes and baked goods are GREAT. Unfortunately the store is tiny so it is a tight squeeze. There is a good line every time I’m there.

I just came back from an unpleasant experience at the Sun Plaza outlet. I wanted to buy 10 mochis to bring to a friend's house. I asked for them to be put in a box. The girl at the counter (also the cashier) told me that the smaller pink gift box is out of stock and the big one is too big. I asked if there could be another box that can fit. She said NO. I walked to the front of the shop still longing to buy those mochis. Saw someone just bought a cake in a box that I thought would work for the 10 mochis. So, went in again and told her the small white cake box could work. She glared at me and said loudly "I can give that to you this time but next time cannot!" Shocked. I replied "You are so unfriendly, forget it!" and walked off. I felt really angry with this rude service and absolutely disappointed with my favourite dessert shop. Chateraise, please send your staff for customer service training.

Very bad service from the service crew. Please educate your staff on the basic of "first come first serve" to customer. Your crew simply proceed to serve some customer who just jump the line, despite noticing other customers queuing up behind the display counter. It's my last time buying from them.

Bought the matcha Mille crepe cake and found it to be a tad too sweet even though the matcha cream is rich

Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.

Japanese cake and lovely designs, kids all love it

They are one of my favorite cake stall, cake design simple but yummy, price very reasonable. The cake’s cream not so sweet but creamy. The cream puff is the best ! We always buy their cake to celebrate any family member birthday; sometime feel like eating dessert will also buy!
