★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They serve really gd pastas. Best thing is u can customize ur dish by adding whatever ingredients u want at a additional cost of course. The sizzling seafood spaghetti is a must try! It has this wok hey taste that makes it really special and really complements the dish fuiyoh!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are lucky to find a table right in front of the stall during lunch hours on a weekend. Our order of 2-pax Seafood Marinara and Mushroom Risotto was ready in 15 mins.
Food quality is consistent with what you find at 5 star hotel restaurants. It's not surprising as Chef was from Grand Hyatt and Regent. The kids enjoyed their food. Portion wise its sufficient to feed our family of 2 adults and 2 kids.
Overall, its quality Italian fare at budget price. I hope Chef Choo would have a bigger menu at their upcoming 2nd outlet at Novena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good chilli crab pasta. Chef Choo sauce puts Jumbo chilli crab sauces to shame. Only shame is no man tou(fried bun) and its not on permanent menu. Below images are my top 3 favorites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the signature seafood spaghetti for 1 portion @ $8.40. The spaghetti is well done ? the dish include prawn, mussel & clams. The seafood is average & the clams are not so fresh.
Waiting time depends on crowd, average waiting time is about 20mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always wanted to try this dish ever since I saw it on Food King. Not bad for a hawker style pasta (not comparing it to authentic italian style restaurant pasta).
Pasta was nicely cooked. Plenty of seafood for its price of $7.90 (spot the mussel, prawn, scallop and lala). It's frozen seafood but for this price, I wouldn't ask for fresh ones. Kinda wished it has more garlic though! I like the concept of serving it on a sizzling pan too.
Young chef and his assistant are hardworking. Support them! ?

We ordered the Sizzling Seafood Spaghetti and it was well worth it. Seafood were really fresh and sauce was super aromatic. Would definitely be back again to try out other items from the menu.
