Ordered the $5 dry wanton noodles (not really authentic HK style which is supposed to be soupy). Sauce was a tad gooey (tuned to Singapore palate) and did not elevate the flavours of the noodles as much as I wished, hinging on the bland side. Noodles were springy nonetheless. Shrimp wanton saved the dish with its generous prawn filling seasoned in sesame oil and wrapped in not too thick skin. Soup on the side was over seasoned and extremely salty. Overall, this stall might be overhyped. Besides the cheap price point and good wanton, nothing else stood out.

Wonton and dumplings are large in size and filled with fresh shrimp and mushrooms. Soup is also flavourful. There are Long ques during peak hours do take note of that. Ample parking near the stall.

HK Braised Beef Brisket Noodle Dry. It's not always we get a good coffeeshop version of beef brisket noodles. Well, here we have one chef formerly from Crystal Jade giving us a decent offering.

The HK Wonton Noodle taste slightly above average. Came here on a Friday morning and the snaking queue during the initial hype was gone. The stall uses thin noodle and the wonton has a good texture and is pack with ingredient. I prefer the HK style wonton mee from Sheng Kee and Chao Yue Xuan in Junction Nine than this.

Like the noodles they used. Tried both wontons and dumplings. I preferred the wontan as I like the prawn filling versus the filling in the dumplings. It would be better if the wontan skin is thinner but the filling made up for it. Beef noodle is ok but I find it a bit pricey for the amount they served.

Was never a fan of wanton noodles but this stall is superb. Consumed about an hour after takeaway and the noodles still remained moist & springy! Not those dried out wanton noodles and not the typical type of yellow noodles. Chilli condiment is not spicy at all.. hoped that it was spicy. Only downside was the portion, quite little for 1pax.

Not easy to reach via public transport. U have to take bus 811 at the last berth of yishun bus interchange. Wanton is crunchy with prawn fresh. I will recommend their fried wanton. Their fried shrimp dumpling is rather salty and unbearable. Noodle is satisfactory. Portion is quite small and slightly costly.
