Alright fried rice. Standard fried rice with pork chop better than sambal with prawn imo. But not my favourite choice in old airport road hawkder centre or in the area, think there are better options, both for this kind of Japanese short grain fried rice type and your typical zichar type.

New fried rice stall in old airport. No queue so decided to give it a try. A decent dtf style fried rice, not too salty or oily. The pork chop is ok and well seasoned.

Tried the sambal prawn egg fried rice for $7 ($6.50 for non-sambal). Taste pretty good. Prawns are fresh, firm and crunchy. This stall is popular so be prepared to wait. Overall I think it is nice but a bit pricey in a hawker centre, and the portion is slightly small. Would give a higher rating if the price is at $6 instead.

Taste not bad. Chicken chop also cooked well and well seasoned. Fried rice is not that fragrant and chicken chop sliced too thin. compared to King of fried rice still need to improve.

Used to buy Lao-Fu-Zhi Fried Chap-Kway-Tiao. But today I noticed a quite a new stall right besides them. A nowadays popular Instagram food: Fried Rice + Pork Chop. This stall called himself from ex-Ding-Tai-Feng 鼎泰丰 chef, which very popular of their fried rice and pork chop. Price range from $4 to $10. And I ordered the very common and popular eggs fried-rice with pork chop. I'm surprised that the rice flavor is good, and full of Wok-hey. The rice was quite fragrance, moist inside and yet still dry outside. Although rice type was not those thin and long grain. Instead, it was more like Japanese rice type, short grain and fat. And the pork chop also not bad, some said very salty, but mine was just okay, maybe they order sambal flavor, which I expect it will be heavy marinated. Mine was eggs fried-rice plus usual pork chop, damaged cost $6.50. Due to high increased food cost, but I do agree it was still a worthy order. Will visit again. ? Simply Yummy.

The Pork Chop Egg Fried Rice is good! Rice is done well as expected! However the pork chop is little too salty. The prawn fried rice is ok. Not the best out there but decently good. Rice can be a little bit more flavourful as it’s on the plain side.

New fried rice stall in Old Airport Road. Fortunate enough to get there when there was no queue. Just after I ordered, the queue was over 10 long. Ordered the sambal fried rice with pork chop. Took about 10mins to serve as they has multiple orders ahead of me. The rice is not overly moist which is good for fried rice and well seasoned with a good spicy kick. The pork chop was fresh and crunchy.
