Came for massage, left with some kind of bacterial infection. rendered me almost bedridden for a week as standing up hurts so bad. A week of suffering and god knows how long it will take for me to fully recover. Called them to complain and told me to wait for a follow up call from them. Ghosted me without a proper explanation nor apologies... Definitely gonna blacklist this company. IF i could give negative, i would have. PS: would not have posted this if they have done a proper follow up with the complain. Instead, they choose to ghost me, so irresponsible.

Mr Qiu was an excellent massager. He removed all tightness from my body in the full body massage. Very good service for the price as well.

We bought a 10+2 package a year ago in 2021 and didn’t go down often due to the volatile Covid situation. Today I made an appointment for 2 pax but due to the rain, we called to cancel. A minute later, the front desk called to tell us that our package will expire in April 2022. We told her that in Feb 2022, we enquired about the expiry and one of the staff told us not to worry about it and they could extend it for us. Today, the lady from front desk said that it was kindness that she called us to remind us of the expiry and refused to entertain the fact that we got the ok for an extension and promptly hung up on us. The nerve!!! We then called back and said in this case, we’ll go go down for our foot reflexology in spite of the rain and she refused to take our booking saying that she has given the 2 spaces to other customers. The difference in time for the call was less than 5 minutes! Anyways, be warned about buying a package from them for they are not consistent in their policy. Thank you for listening to my vent.
