My go-to-doctor Dr.Louisa for any aesthetic and skin concerns. Need to be consistent with application of products. Results can take some time but surely. Would commend the staffs (Amy, Phoebe) who are friendly and attentive. Very prompt in responses - never had issues with the appointments and BBL treatment process.

She has been most thoughtful, patient, professional and understanding of my needs, and I have thoroughly benefitted from her advice, effective treatments and products which I have been using all this while. Been seeing Dr Louisa for almost 10 years now. From when I'm a young adult to now a mum of 3. My rosacea was unresolved at other skin specialists and I'm really happy to have found her. I'm a fan of her products because it works. I'm currently on their laser & medical facial package. The treatment price is v reasonable unlike crazily priced ones from salons. And also reassured as it's under the attention of a certified dermatologist. I hope SK Med will be around for many more years so we get to benefit from the effective treatments and products.

I started consulting Dr. Tan due to my eczema. I have seen significant improvements in my skin conditions using the products she prescribed to me. The dermatologist and the staff there are very approachable and friendly. The prices are very reasonable too. Although my hair loss treatment was aggressive, I saw results in a short period of time, which was a boost to my self-esteem.

Visited Dr Louisa Tan for red patches on my face, she came highly recommended by a friend. I have very sensitive skin and am not sure what caused these red patches. Dr Tan was very gentle and provided detailed explanation on how this occured. Only after a few days, my condition improved significantly. Very disappointed with my visit to this clinic. My skin have redness due to some skin product use not suitable. Visited this doctor she prescribe some pure lipid etc is suitable but she also add on whitening product which cause the redness to return. End up I have to stop using after just 2X. But I was being charged $100+ for these 2 bottles. Really not right. I would think she should accept my return of product since I never request but she prescribe when she deem suitable for her patient. I am rather disappointed with the service. The reason why I did not want to raise it because I am still consulting the doctor for my skin problem if I insist a refund I m afraid I will not b able to stock up my other products. But the pigmentation whitening really is a waste of money I see it on my table n was just feeling upset why will doctor recommend a product not suitable for me. I must admit yes your lipid, repair and moisturizing cream have definitely help in my skin recovering.

Dr Louisa Tan is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor! Great experience visiting their clinic at West Coast Plaza, staffs are knowledgeable and friendly as well. Products are good and affordable. Skin condition improved a lot after using their products as per instructed by the staff and Dr Tan! Definitely highly recommended for all to visit!
