Super old school market & hawker ctr. Place is a 3 star but I give it a 4 star for it's taste & low price. Most stalls ve been there many years. Great food are always found at old places compared to new food courts. However, place will not b as clean as food courts but definitely hygiene No worries.

Visited their kway chap stall after 10yrs later. Standard have always maintained even after so many years. 1 star was missing as their dishes ain't the best u have. The kway itself is really the one recommended. But it's in between a traditional taste with a twist. If u enjoyed traditional taste surely is a place to visit.

A normal cooked food center in HDB public housing heartland along Ang Mo Kio Ave 10. Reasonable prices for a meal to fill the hungry stomach but nothing really exciting.

Came in the afternoon and most of the shops are already closed. Maybe should come in the morning to see and shop at the market. The market is huge and there are several other coffee shops nearby as well. Tried the satay, it was great. Serving time not bad. Also I did try the cake, it was good. The ba chor mie was very cheap. I saw there is one dish on the menu with $2 price. Haven't tried it yet since I went inside first and bought from the other stall instead. Will try next time visit.

One of my fav wonderful Heartland Hawker centres with many varieties of local yummy food in AMK! In the day nice Kway Chay, Delicious Vegetarian Bee Hoon c/w spring roll at only $2.50! Delicious Fried Carrot Cake, Yummy Hainanese Chicken Rice, Double-boiled Soup (Lao Huo Tang ่€็ซๆฑค), Unforgettable Crispy Fried Fish Lor Mee/Ipoh Fried Fish Laksa, The Mixed Veg Rice which also have Teochew Porridge - fresh steam fish & homemade fried pork balls recommended, it also opens for dinner too but long queue if u go after 6.30pm. Besides is the market where u can buy Roast Duck at $16, 500g Roast Pork at $11, don't forget to try their braised duck wings too - 10pcs for $3! Mamamia??

A great food selection there. Limitation is tables during peak hours and expect long Q (20mins) for some Real good foods. Plenty of car parks there.

Tucked away at the heart of this Ang Mo Kio neighbourhood. Fully operational Wet market at the 2nd half of this market, fresh eggs and chicken can be bought here! A huge variety of foods can be found at the front portion of the market, snaking queues are a common sight around here. Personally i would recommend trying the Kway Chap, Carrot cake, Economical Bee Hoon and Chwee Kway. Remember to also pair it with the Soya Milk!
