★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found Chez Vous thru beauty undercover as I have been on a hunt for a stylist whom I’m able to ‘gel’ with and I’m glad I have found ‘d one’ - Serene @Chez Vous Main . Love how detailed & patient Serene was, loving the outcome of my hair Color , texture and trim. I left it to her to decide on the color after a brief chat and voila , outcome was perfect! (Actual Color leans towards the tied hair pic)
Plus point of not hard selling as I tend to dislike when being pushed services or products though I understand it’s part of sales too.
Received lots of compliments and am looking forward to my future appts !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a first-timer at this salon, had pretty good experience by my appointed hairstylist Joyce. She was able to listen to my hair problems and gave me some advice on what treatment /perm would suits me better. Joyce gave me a haircut which also makes me hair looked so much healthier now along with the sugar hair lamination. Will definitely come back to Chez Vous to make future appointments. Thank you for the pleasant experience and chat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service, hair stylist took time to understand what I wanted and gave professional recommendations. My hair feels healthier and hydrated even after colouring. I am impressed with all the extra services from quick facial, scalp massage to diffuser essential oil breathe therapy. The decor was so pretty that you can take some nice pics for your gram. Also got their oribe hair products to help maintain my hair. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time at Chez Vous. Got to know them through google searches and they had tons of good reviews. So wanted to check them out. And no regrets at all! I was getting highlights for my hair after 5 years and they did an amazing job! Absolutely love the blend of colours. My stylist, Luis was super patient and though the session stretched till 10pm, he was the sweetest! Absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Back here at Chez Vous Hair for their Airtouch Balayage hair dye + Hair Defence Technology hair treatment. Usually my hair would be so so dry after bleaching and I was quite hesitant to bleach, but this time it’s different :”) Didn’t felt like I bleached my hair at all tbh!
It offers the highest level of protection when compared to all other plex-treatments, currently offered by any competitors’ brand, I can feel, touch and see amazing results!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is rather overdue. My visit to the salon was on 19 July 2021. Juggling being a new mum & having self care is not easy! ? in any case, my visit to the salon was for hair colour. As usual, Victor always does my hair. Colour is perfect as per what I’ve wanted and I really appreciate how he suggested how I can maintain this by touching up the roots every 2 months or so. I would also like to thank Eugenia who washed my hair throughly. She is really nice and careful. In fact everybody is really cheerful and it makes the visit to the salon a really enjoyable. ? I’ve travelled quite a lot and have had to adapt to working with many different hair stylists. I mostly appreciate his friendliness and him taking the time to listen to my thoughts and offered me new suggestions for me to consider. I might have just found my favourite salon and hairstylist in Singapore! I will definitely be back again. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chez Vous has a great location being in Ngee Ann City /Orchard. I have been visiting my hairdresser Victor for over 10+ years now, he is really good at consulting and understanding your hair quality to recommend what he thinks will suit your lifestyle. I only give 4* because it took 5 hours to get my hair looking like the end result but I understand he has other customers to take care of at the same time and that I had a haircut, hair dye and treatment. Be prepared to bring a book /something to read and to be sitting most of the time.
