★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our belt to the Takashimaya store to adjust the length. The store supervisor Poh used the tip of the stapler and started to ply open the buckle. He made several rough attempts and it caused a few scratches to the buckle. He did not make any effort in preventing scratches and treating the belt like a $10 belt!!! Bad customer service. He did not even apologise for causing the scratches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called to reserve a bag ytd by staff Sunnie and went to collect today. told the staff there that i reserved a bag under my name and she repeated it as "Audrey" (apparently, one of their staff also named "Audrey" and i said "no, its AUDRIS. then, she went into blur mode. but hello?? i repeated my name twice and it doesn't sound "Audrey". my mobile number was there and she didn't bother confirming. moving on, i made payment and the supervisor surnamed "Poh" asked for my surname to generate receipt. i clearly spelt as "CHNG" he repeated as "CHANG" i'm like "its CHNG". and guess what, the surname on the receipt came out as "CHAMG"... i'm nvr going to buy from taka anymore bcoz their service was bad and staff was blur. maybe i was just unlucky

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never left a negative review before at any of the places I've been to but this is an exception. The service was horrendous. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. I wanted to get a bag for mother's day and was inquiring about the sizes and colours available. The lady attending to me was flippant with my requests and even scoffed at me when I asked for a recommendation for sizing. It was obvious she was uninterested in selling the bags and was extremely rude to the other customers present. If you want something from longchamp, go to the outlet at ion, the service is multitudes better. The staff were patient and friendly. Had I seen all the other negative reviews I would have stayed away from the taka outlet. Please learn from my lesson.
