★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herbal style, clear broth with wolfberries. And sweet chili. Better than most, but not in the same league as Cai Chuan Tou though. Then again, which stall is.
My gripe: The ribs are chopped across rather than along the bone.

Very light with a hint of unpleasant mutton taste.
Mutton is soft and texture is alright but then again, I wonder if it's due to covid and being unable to get quality meat.
The mutton has the unpleasant lamb smell and taste. Rice is choppy, lumpy and dry.
The only good thing is the chilli sauce.
Had high expectations because it's an old stall but I couldn't bear to finish the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty mutton soup with hint of herbs. The meat is cooked just right. Their hand made dumplings are absolutely the best, with thin wrap (although machine made), big and juicing fillings. The quality and taste are quite consistent. We've been going to Ming Shan for the soup and dumplings every week for more than a year. Highly recommend it. ???
