β β β β β All of the China lady receptionists there are extremely rude, impatient, unfriendly and shows no mercy to you. They will only be nice and helpful towards their own China people. When it's other people, the wouldn't even be bothered to say a hello

β β β β β call at 2pm Monday, wait on line about 1hour and 20 min, it keeps saying: "your call should be answered in approximately 5 min, please hold. your call is very important to us, please wait for the next agent" repeat and repeat and repeat for more than 1 hour

β β β β β Very efficient service and well organized. You won't face any problem If you have prepared all the required documents according to their website. They also provide printing, photo copies and also photo booth located inside. I went Monday, bit crowded but still the efficient queue numbering system and large number and of open counters made it faster and convenient. Also staff was good.

β β β β β Staff scolds you for queuing up and waiting to make payment at counter 2 after submission of documents.
You are presumed to automatically be aware that no queuing is required (and you may cut the queue) for making such payment at counter 2 even though there are no signs or instructions permitting this.

β β β β β The staff were not helpful at all and were rude. Basically bad attitude and poor customer service. Same goes for the call centre staff (China embassy hotline). Their tone were very rude and not reassuring. I was having trouble keeping up to her talking speed so I asked her to repeat but she showed me bad attitude and basically implied to end my call as fast as possible even if she didnβt help me as much as I needed. Utterly disappointing. I have experience in this field and I understand it can be mentally exhausting but it does not excuse them for such behaviour. Plus I was not being difficult or demanding.

β β β β β The service is excellent every time I come here. Super helpful, polite, patient, courteous and acknowledgeable staff. Todayβs service was exceptionally excellent because of the receptionist. She helped us by guiding us patiently to complete our visa application. Everything is on site - printing, photo booth, photocopying. The lady manning the printing area is also super helpful. Thank you for making my visa application process so smooth and pleasant.
