★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient, good crowd control. They only let in the applicants so agents, relatives etc all have to wait in level 8. Madhuri at counter service was fast and efficient, gentleman in-charge of biometrics room 23 was warm and cheerful. Now hope that the processing also goes as smoothly.
Update: Received my visa after 46 days of processing. Took longer than the estimated processing time which was 32 days when I applied. Subsequently it went up to 100+ days when I checked in June. Still I'm one of the lucky ones, I didn't have to rebook my flights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional service. Remember to print your biometric letter and appointment letter in hardcopy format including all pages in HARD copy as they do not accept soft copy. If you forget to print, they have self service printing facility which is $2/page.

Been 3 weeks since our application was approved and not yet received our passports back.
No help following up. How they justify charging for this service is beyond me.
