I just want to know why i still get the message ‘ action required flag for biometric’ i done it already, does this mean i have to go for another biometric? Maybe this is the reason why until now i dont get my visa, its already one month. You dont even have contact number on your website?

This Center never answered phone call and never responsively reply email. No ample information is given to customer. No contact no, no proper email address to for inquiries. The available slot given by their website does not match with the due date of embassy. We really helpless and contactless. Unable to reach to resolve the urgent matter instead we just have to wait till given biometric appointment which is already lapsed the stipulated timeframe. Google should implement zero star option for this Center.

Seriously anyone should think twice before applying for Australian VISA. Biometric appointment booking website is as bad as one can get. Site kept crashing multiple times and when I finally managed to book the appointment, it was 3 weeks away from the visa application submission date. (Australian immigration says that we should submit biometrics within 2 weeks). After submission, no updates regarding the visa status. I have since cancelled my plans to travel to this country.

My worst visa experience ever! I was required to collect biometrics within 14 days for my Australian Visitor Visa (600), but the earliest appointment time available then on VFS website was 17 days later, so I had to submit a notification of changes to explain and ask for an extension to the 14-day limit. Advised by some friend, I checked the VFS website every morning to see if any earlier slots would be released from time to time. Fortunately, I did find an early time slot available and immediately rescheduled my appointment to it. However, on my appointment day, it turned out to be an even more terrible experience. My time slot was 9:15AM - 9:30AM, and I arrived around 9AM, which I thought was early enough, right? But there were so many people and this center was so understaffed that I waited for one hour to pay my biometrics collection fee, and then another hour to finally have my turn for collection, which was just less than 5 minutes. Two hours, or I should say, that whole morning, was wasted and ruined. What's the point in making appointments if you have to wait for hours anyway? Were there any other options, I would never choose this center again. But it's monopoly! This is the ONLY center you could go to for Australian visa application. F-word! One more tiny thing to note: in the confirmation letter, it's said that you can bring an electronic or printed copy of the Biometric letter, but if you really bring the PDF letter like I did, they would charge you $4 for the printing service. UPDATE: two days after my appointment, I was called by someone from this center and told that my biometrics data was lost due to 'technical issues' and even more ridiculously, they didn't even realize it until an Australian visa officer asked them why I had a biometrics collection record but no actual data. Then I had to go to this center and recollect biometrics the next day. How absurd!

Terribly inefficient service! I waited at the center for 1 HOUR only get to do the payment in cash. After I handed in the cash, the officer calculated the change wrongly. When I pointed it out, she insisted she did the wrong calculation. She never did double checking herself, but asked me to take out my calculator on the handphone to do my own calculation! After that incident, I had to wait for ANOTHER HOUR to get my biometric data collected. There weren't many people at the center, everybody just have to wait for 2 hours for a simple process to be finished even though we had appointments and arrived on time! Since that day, till now (46 days has passed) although my data was collected, it hasn't been reflected in the visa application system yet. I'm still getting the warning of not submitting the biometric data! I'm told by the I'm told its a system error. However, there is no where I can verify if the data had really been submitted or just got missing! The whole experience is just super disappointing!

HI, we just received our letter to go for biometrics from Australian Government home affairs last 10 June. We are supposed to settle this within 14 days. But the earliest available date for appointment in VFS Global is 29 June wherein it will lapsed with my visa application. Is there any other way to make an earlier appointment? Please let us know asap. thank you!

Understaffed, Long queues with only two counters open. hidden charges, 4$ to print a document. can't imagine how many vfs paid government to become monopolists.

Horrible experience applying for Australia Visa. - Appointment booking means nothing here, as you will have to wait about 1 hour anyway. - Got a surprise of $45.55 for biometric fee, when the the website clearly stated that it is free. - Must bring cash or Nets for the payment so be prepared - Must also print all documents out on ACTUAL piece of paper (climate change denier?), while the website clearly stated electronic documents are "fine" (fyi, they cost $2 each page for printing service if you didn't print out in advance. - Again, i am here to just scan 10 fingers, so if we do a simple maths Total-Time-Spent/Number_of_Finger we shall have ~60mins /10 finger = ~6mins for 1 finger. So from my scientific understanding, the nominator seems to be out of my control, I only left with the denominator to play around. So if I were to expect the level of speed for scanning fingers to be of total 10-15 mins, i would simply need to chop off 7-8 of my fingers. I probably need 2 thumbs to write a Google Review so the choices are pretty clear. - Since google does not allow negative number of star, so they got 1 from me
