★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ivan is the best panel clinic doctor that I’ve ever met. He’s very compassionate, detailed, friendly and genuinely listen to patients to their symptoms and problems.
I’ve been to a few other GPs in Singapore, but all of them lack the attitude of a doctor showing compassion. I’m lucky to find this clinic!

Yes, u r there for the money... never mind u hv no compassion, at least give your patient the due service... it wasn't free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have sprain in my neck not even to move also but Dr. Ivan given medicine and ointment which is really very effective and I feel so relaxed even from 1st dose. Receptionist is also very polite and friendly.

A patient who is having chest tightness
Went to the another clinic in the same vacinity and they had 20 in queue and took me in
I have never step to a clinic who rejects patients 30mins before closing!

The nurse say it was not linked to their system and had to join the queue and wait 1 hr plus for a ART test that took less than 30 seconds and result came out less than 5 mins.They could have let me take the test first since the process is less than 5 min instead of bluffing that the queue would be fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ivan is warm and friendly, he is clear in explaining your medical issues and always ready to answer any question I have. He listens attentively, and doesn't rush through when diagnosing your condition or talk over you. Not only that, the staff at Plushealth are wonderful. Expect great service through the caring nurses/receptionists. They also would inform you if the queue is really long and provide a realistic waiting time. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic. It is a welcomed addition to the neighbourhood.
