โ โ โ โ โ Counter staff is very very rude. They give wrong information to my father and cause my whole family positive.they should know old people not really understand they should explain to old people clearly. They didn't explain clearly to my father and my father didn't know that he is positive. Endup all of us become positive. The staff charge my father wrongly and call us to pay extra payment the attitude is like we purposely own them. When call in to check some enquiry the lady shout at me with very rude attitude.very poor service

โ โ โ โ โ Counter aunti is very very very very rude. And worst still idk why they charge so expensive. I usually went to heartland clinic just mc no medication with chas card is only $1.80 but here? $22? No medicine. I am lost of words... for what i know i will never never come here again. And again i mentioned this THE COUNTER AUNTIE WITH CURLY HAIR IS VERY VERY RUDE.
