β β β β β Very professional, dr Wu will patiently broke down in the clearest manner possible on the symptoms and the treatment plan, giving you a realistic timelines and expectations.
Came in with a slipped disc, thinking that itβs going to be a painful experience. Surprisingly, most of the treatments turns out to be pretty comforting - and needless to say, effective.
The staff is also very friendly! Highly recommend

β β β β β I started my treatment with Dr Wu 4 years ago where I had v bad neck pain. With an intensive treatment regime, the pain was much relieved and I'm v appreciative of it.
Dr Wu is careful in his diagnosis. He ensured that I did x Ray before starting any treatment and provided detailed explanation on the cause of the pain and the treatment involved. The treatments involve equipment and not manual manipulation, which I feel more assured.
Similar to many others review, the clinic assistants are friendly and helpful. They often look out for the elderly persons.
Cost wise, they are one of the most affordable ones in the market. Although they operate on package basis, it is never an issue as the price is good and I am assured of the effectiveness and quality of the service and treatment.

β β β β β The clinic offers a variety of reasonably priced packages & the session is high effective. Last minute changes to your bookings are allowed but you have to understand they deal with a lot of patients and if you need to change your timing, please do so earlier on.
His associates also did a good job in handling patients and taking care of them. Setting up the equipments etc. The staff are very kind and very helpful. They aim to please their customers and to make every session a comfortable and happy one for them.
All in all I recommend Dr Wu to my friends and families as this is by far the most effective Chiropractor Iβve been to, not only that, they have the kindest staff here.

β β β β β Doctor is super friendly. Waiting time is very long. Prices are reasonable. I have been to many chiros before. I have done 3 sessions so far and it is a little better. I was told it may take a few more times before I feel significantly better. Parking at civic centre is limited and the lifts are very confusing.

β β β β β Wow long wait. I wasn't expecting that. Que was out the door to the hallway. Waited for 30 min past my appointment time. Other then that, it was a great experience. Price was reasonable $60 for consult & $80 for treatment. No need for xrays. Sprained my neck last week. Feeling better. Thanks.

β β β β β Very accessible location. Visited Dr Wu to get my back sprain checked out due to heavy lifting at the gym. He is frank with what he can do to help and gave me a reasonable expectation of outcomes. I feel the treatment is effective for me. However there comes abit of disappointment with the waiting time as sometimes it can average 20-30mins even with an appointment.

Dr Wu is very passionate about what he does and explains his treatment in detail before proceeding. His staffs are all very bubbly. They check in on customers, and tries to ensure everyone leaves satisfied. Really good customer service! Adjustment and treatment wise, very efficient and happy with the results. My back and neck pain has improved so much ever since my first visit here. Pricing wise, it is very reasonably priced & definitely zero forms of hard selling.
