I'm so happy to be able to go for my morning jog now. My backache has improved too. Dr Stefan is very experienced and always able to relieve my body aches and flare ups of pain. The assistants there are friendly and helpful too.

After having an xray ordered, I met Dr Stefan to understand what the then state of my ailments were, and how we were going to address them. Dr Stefan is always warm and friendly and professional - as are his staff. He takes the time to explain everything to you in simple terms without all the medical jargon. What I appreciated most is the frank manner in which he sets the expectations for the treatment upfront - regardless if it's good news or not so good news. The adjustment treatments themselves are quick and painless. Makes me wonder why I didn't seek such help much earlier! With Dr Stefan's treatment I experience significantly reduced pain and discomfort and less muscle stiffness. It also allows me to get even more out of my own exercise regime which is great! I had left side arm numbness and left side headache often. After assessment and x-Ray film to proof not balance weight to left with 8kg difference due to posture and preferences. After few months adjustment, significantly improve and even realise on and off lower back pain gone too. Now I am still consistently visit Dr Stefan twice a week and I will keep on it. Highly recommended come here. It had specific time schedule for Dr consultation, first consultation doctor listen and understand my problem, then do simple assessment, and explains what is evaluation. Follow through with x-Ray screen result to design the treatment/adjustment program to me. Very impressive during covid CB period, Dr share simple exercise and answer question to patient via WhatsApp. Highly appreciated their service and professionalism. ????
