I was recommended to consult Dr Ashley from Family Health Chiropractic Clinic in September ‘20 for a nagging neck aching issue by my cousin-in-law. Since then, I have sought treatment with him over a few months. I found Dr Ashley to be patient, insightful when answering my medical queries and most importantly, I saw positive improvements to my neck aches. Given his technique is mainly using a handheld adjustment instrument (activator technique), I found it less intimidating. It is suitable for anyone who is looking for a less forceful yet effective method for spinal adjustment compared to traditional forceful adjustments.

I experienced many positive changes since the start of my chiropractic care. I no longer experience pain and discomfort in my entire body, no afternoon headaches & an overall better quality on life. There are no hard-selling of services or items (although the pillow I bought from them did solve my neck ache every morning). Booking for an appointment is always a breeze through WhatsApp. Dr. Ashley Liew always expressed genuine care, & I’m forever grateful.

I first consulted Dr Ashley after I had a bad sport related back injury in 2018. I had been to physiotherapists prior to that but had little effect in relieving the pain. Since visiting Dr Ashley, my back got better within the first month with weekly visits. I then switched to monthly visits for maintenance and it’s been great! I enjoy visiting the clinic as Dr Ashley is very gentle and does not use the forceful adjustment techniques which I have experienced before with other chiropractors (frankly, those make me fear for my life!!). He is also very caring and makes detailed records of my physical activity level so that he could give good advice on protecting my back. An athlete himself he also understands my passion in sports and getting to a healthy state to participate in them. Would definitely recommend to all who are seeking a solution to chronic back pain or other spine related ailments. Convenient location and flexible appointment scheduling is a big plus!

It started when I did recording for Dr Ashley Lecture, I then realised there is various way to fix your bones. Usually Chiropractic is about bones cracking and it indeed I'm not a fan! But Family Health Chiropractic provide a gentle and minor friendly way of adjusting bone - resulting to better sleep and posture. What made me started this Chiropractic session, as we know desk bound job for long hours will affect our seating posture. Adding on, not having a proper posture as you rest (sleep) will worsen that back/hip ache. With the combo above, I had difficulties rotating my head and it hurts. As a person with low tolerance of pain, I went to this clinic - I've got my spine fixed & its painless! No Cracking! And yes it is related to the spine. I too then discover how bad seating, standing & sleeping posture affect my pelvic balance which cause one leg shorter than another Hahah In general, Dr Ashley provided a comfortable & friendly care for my husband and I. He would explain in layman term on any bone misalignment and possible cause of it - which help us to prevent from making the same mistake! With that I have better sleep now, lesser back pain/neck cramp, leading to fresh and energetic day ahead.

I’ve been visiting Dr Kelvin since 2016, and I’ve never seen this much improvement in my sinus headache, my back and neck aches ever since. Most significantly was his timely treatment of my severe whiplash after a serious accident back in 2018 - I completely trusted his professionalism and exceptional skill and allowed him to make gentle yet effective adjustments to my spine. I believe firmly if not for his treatment, I would have suffered a more serious condition and would have taken a much longer time to recover. Dr Kelvin is the only trusted chiropractor you need!

Dr Kelvin Ng is an awesome doctor that is knowledgeable in the field of chiropractic. Being foreign to chiropractic treatment, Dr Kelvin Ng would take the time in explaining to me about what to expect during the treatment and I was amazed that Dr Kelvin Ng was able to locate the areas where I was having discomfort in using the KST techniques. I am totally amazed by the KST technique as there are positive changes made since the beginning of my chiropractic care. Working in a desk-bound role I experienced various discomfort in my body (stiff neck, back pain, shoulder stiffness) which is common among many working adults but under Dr Kelvin Ng’s chiropractic care, my symptom has improved drastically better and makes me feel comfortable and more energetic daily. The most wonderful thing is that I feel that I am able to walk with a healthier spine and perform better in my sports activities. With a healthy spine I believe it equates to a better health. After consistent chiropractic adjustment, my health became better and I have not fall sick since then. After being introduced to Chiropractic treatment, I firmly believe one should incorporate Chiropractic care as part of ensuring good healthcare just like how one should include dental check -up as part of maintaining their good oral health. I have been a patient of Dr. Kelvin’s for almost three years now. When I first moved to Singapore I had terrible back pain, I could hardly hold my young child. Not long after I started treatment I felt like I haven’t felt in many years! Honestly leaving each appointment was life changing for me. I had a weekly appointment leading up to the birth of my second child, it helped me tremendously and I credit my successful VBAC to ensuring my spine and pelvis were aligned correctly. My two children and husband also see Dr Kelvin. It has helped keep all of them healthy. My newborn always slept better after his appointments. Fast forward, I only need maintenance now. Highly recommended Chiropractic Clinic situated at TripleOne. I consulted Dr Ashley for my back pain and stiffness from exercise routines. He’s one of the most patient and sincere Chiropractors around, taking time to fully explain the issue I am facing and how he will effectively assist me in the road to recovery. Very knowledgeable and definitely knows what he is doing (while ensuring you do as well!). He even offered additional advice on correcting my posture and habits. The Clinic is very conveniently located, just 1-2 mins walk from Somerset MRT. Clinic is serene, peaceful and calming. Staff are all very helpful and efficient as well. Prices are very reasonable.
